So, all new Android devices are certified Google Play, compulsory released with Android 8.0 Oreo, as the latest Android operating system. Close the older Anroid platform, certification has become the standard for Google.

Like when Google closed the Andorid Marshmallow certification at the end of January, 2017 and then, five months after the lapse of the Android release 7.0 Nougat. Andorid Nougat ever retired, seven months after the August release of Oreo’s Android 2017.

Due to Google’s own Android updates stopped a Nougat, then there is hope for the new Android devices, to support the module Project Treble. Because the Treble, the Project became one of Google’s requirements to launch whatever device Android based Oreo.

The project is called Treble can trim the time when users upgrade the device to OS version higher. So the OS upgrade process easier.

The announcement was a warning for the vendor will release a device with Android Nougat certification before the end of March.

Because, although the devices certified Android Nougat registered as certified Android devices, it does not mean the device is to be launched with Android Oreos in it.

Reported by KompasTekno from XDA developers, Thursday (26/4/2018), from 16,000 certified devices Google Play, only a handful of whom have given Android Oreo.

For devices that are still running on Android Nougat, it is likely not going to be an Android device Certified, so it will be difficult to access Google Play Store.
